I have wanted to shoot at this little old gas station I found for years. Well I went over to the location and it was closed. I called the number later and the owner Mary Ann was there and it turns out she went to Art Center just before I did. She also lived a few houses from us at one time. It was a great connection and we set a time to shoot a 50’s thing at her shop. She even found the car for me. She was a sweetheart.
I had a new beauty Dish and portable pack I had been wanting to try out from Speedotron so I called the rep Mark Mather and he brought it over. The talent was Andrea Bundalian who brought a great make-up artist named Teri Groves. Andrea and Teri were great together. Everything came together when Julene went to Warner Brothers and got some great 50’s clothing. I was very excited. Here are a few of the shots we got.
